Pastor Yambor came to serve Zion Lutheran Church as Pastor in Residence. He has 38 years of experience in ministry. He has also taught in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey for 18 years. He is passionate about preaching and “going forth to make new disciples in the Name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit.”  (Matthew 28:19) He enjoys opening the Scriptures to others and helping them to better see God in their spirituality and even liturgy. He revels in seeing personal relationships grow in the parish and in finding mutual understandings of its mission and organization. He looks forward to leading others into a more intimate and personal relationship with Jesus Christ. He enjoys spending time with his wife, Diane, who is known for her discerning spirit and business sense as well as her enthusiasm for praise and worship.
